Every year, MoneyView asks various pension advisors which terms they find important within pension products. This time, it was also assessed to what extent pension providers have adapted their products to the Future Pensions Act (Wtp). 14 premium agreements from 11 providers were compared. MoneyView selected 57 features, and advisors were asked to name at least 10 that they find most important in a pension product. Think of: acceptance, premium options, communication, and coverage for survivors. From this MoneyView research, the NuPensioen of Zwitserleven PPI emerged with the maximum score of 5 stars, just like in 2018 and 2020.
Perry van Caspel on the 5-star rating
"Achieving the 5-star rating is a joint effort of a combined team with colleagues from Products and Sales. Together, we first aligned our own products from a zero measurement in MoneyView. In the run-up to the reference date, it turned out from MoneyView's benchmark database that several parties were in a neck-and-neck race for the 5-star position. Thanks to alert responses, we were able to add those distinctive elements before the reference date that brought us to the 5-star rating."
